I took it pretty seriously until right before I was 15, and at that point I skated here and there, I still have my old skool Mike Vallely and I can still bust a kick flip and ollie higher than the average bear.

I remember me and my friends used to call mail order skateboard shops in thrasher magazine and prank them by going through the motions of ordering schmitt stix saw blades wheels while sounding like bill and ted’s excellent adventure!
